Current Driving Careers

Salaried Flex Driver

Multiple Locations: MI, IN, IL, OH

  • $90,000 Annual base salary 

  • Additional stipends and reimbursements

  • $25 daily meals stipend for travel days; Mileage reimbursement at federal rate 

  • Work directly with Operations Managers, Customers, and Drivers to ensure excellent customer service to our dedicated long-term accounts

  • Frequent travel: company paid lodging, meal reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement

  • HOME WEEKENDS!

  • Cover vacations, time off, and vacancies

  • Local and regional route coverage: tractor trailers, day cabs and sleepers, straight trucks, and switchers

  • Must have reliable transportation for reimbursable travel

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

  • Flatbed experience and Hazmat endorsement preferred

Midwest Regional CDL A Driver

Kentwood, MI

  • Starting at 62cpm

  • Increase to .66cpm after 6 months

  • $1660 average weekly gross

  • 5-6 days a week (4-5 overnights)

  • 1-2 routes per week

  • Greater Midwest regional routes

  • Driver assists in tailgating the freight at some delivery stops

  • Communication, Customer Service, and Flexibility are key

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

Regional Dry Van - CDL A Driver

Flexible Locations

  • $80,000 - $120,000 Annually

  • 72cpm

  • Typically leave out on Sundays and return on Thursday or Fridays

  • HOME FOR WEEKENDS

  • 53' Dry Van

  • Average 12 stops per run

  • Driver assists in tailgating freight at some stops. Other times freight is completely unloaded by on-site staff

  • Majority of freight boxed or palletized

  • Orientation in Byron Center, MI

  • Flexible truck domicile locations, call to see if we can work with where you live!

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

West Coast Dry Van - CDL A Driver

Flexible Locations

  • $80,000 - $120,000 Annually

  • 72cpm

  • Out for 10-12 days and home fore 3-4 days

  • 53' Dry Van

  • Average 12 stops per run

  • Driver assists in tailgating freight at some stops. Other times freight is completely unloaded by on-site staff

  • Majority of freight boxed or palletized

  • Orientation in Byron Center, MI

  • Flexible truck domicile locations, call to see if we can work with where you live!

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

OTR Linehaul Driver

Grand Rapids, MI or Aurora, CO

  • 70cpm

  • $100,000 - $110,000 Annually

  • Luxury fully-loaded 2022 Freightliner Cascadia! Complete digital dash and elite driver lounge

  • APU, built-in microwave and refrigerator, TV mount, Apple Car Play and Android Auto

  • Linehaul between: Aurora CO, San Diego CA, Desoto TX, Atlanta GA, Athens AL, Hazleton PA, and Grand Rapids MI

  • No touch and drop and hook

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

Local CDL A Delivery Driver

Kentwood, MI or Lansing, MI

  • Average $1500 weekly 

  • Monday through Friday nights 

  • Shift starts 12:00am (midnight); working11-12 hour shifts

  • Local Route, home daily

  • Dedicated delivery route

  • Requires use of pallet jack and lift gate

  • Requires valid CDL Class A

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

Salaried Class B Flex Driver

Grand Rapids, MI

  • $70,000 Annual salary 

  • Work directly with Operations Managers, Customers, and Drivers to ensure excellent customer service to our dedicated long-term accounts

  • Frequent travel (25-50%): company paid lodging, meal reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement

  • HOME WEEKENDS!

  • Local route coverage in MI, IN, IL, OH to cover vacations, time off, and vacancies

  • Must have reliable transportation for reimbursable travel

  • Requires valid CDL Class B

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment

  • Flatbed experience and Hazmat endorsement preferred

Local CDL B Delivery Driver

Carrollton, OH

  • $25 per hour

  • Monday through Friday nights 

  • Shift start time at 8:30pm

  • Quarterly safety and performance

  • Dedicated routes

  • 12-16 Stops per night

  • Pre-loaded freight

  • Requires use of pallet jack and handling of floor loaded and pull cart freight

  • Requires valid CDL Class B or A

  • Requires hazmat endorsement (or willing to obtain)

  • Requires 12 months recent CDL driving experience in similar equipment
